hi man. I hate micro usb because of xbox one s controller. I see problem when i use the controller with usb cable. Port is working but disconnected if you shake controller. I found a way for fix it. micro usb port going to large if you using so much. you can make it small again. You can fix it with tool and can turn to good for few days.

Ok, that means it's not being recognized, so probably you need a update from windows or like i mentioned the USB it's not working properly, could be instead of the cable the ports, you could try uninstalling the device if allowed and then restart the PC.
